Flagstaff PD

The Flagstaff Police Department says it is "embarrassed" by the actions of one of its own, after a Flagstaff police officer was arrested on misdemeanor domestic violence assault charges Wednesday night.

Officer Shawn Gilleland was attending a country music concert near Florence with a girlfriend and off-duty members of the Flagstaff Police Department when Gilleland became angry and struck his girlfriend in the face, and another officer standing nearby, the department said.

"Our officers who were present intervened and separated him from the group," said Flagstaff police spokesman Lt. Ken Koch.

The fellow off-duty officers then phoned an off-duty sergeant, and the sergeant called the Pinal County Sheriff's Office.

Gilleland was arrested and booked into the Pinal County Jail for the night.

The officer Gilleland struck while allegedly striking his girlfriend did not file charges.

Gilleland is on paid administrative leave while the Flagstaff Police Department conducts its own investigation

Nevada DOC

The director of the Nevada DOC stated that 2 correctional officers were assaulted by convicts due to mandatory furloughs. The director said that convicts can tell when the units are short stafffed and take advantage of the situation.

Kingman AZ police Capt fired

A Capt with the Kingman Police Dept was fired for having sex with a Kingman dispacher in his patrol car. The dispatcher was married and was also fired. She later threatened suicide and the Capt asked for his job back.

I belive that the "Messiah" Barack Obama is simply a counter terrorism tactics. Hundreds of thousands of African Americans young and old have pivoted from radical Islam beliefs to following Obama's Democratic agenda. A nationality that was rapidly deteriorating into hate and disbelief is now on the way to salvation. Even in the prisons where African Americans fastest growing religion is "radical" Islam. 10 Escapes from Arizona Super Max

The last six months of 2009 have been a nightmare for officers working the two Arizona super max prisons. Super max which houses Arizona's most deadly inmates have been plagued with security breach's. One convict in super max tunneled into the cells plumbing chase which was not secure "locked" and made his way into the pod where officers work. Officers working the unit said the tunnel had to be three to four months old. The second breach of security came when officers left an convicts food trap unlocked. The convict some how maneged to slip out of his cell through the food trap and remove security pins from an additional 8 cells freeing 8 more convicts in super max. With nowhere to go they started destroying the pod causing thousands of dollars in damage. Officers armed with "guns" brought the inmates back under control.

The value of human life. Three Mexican males armed with shotguns robbed an Arizona bookstore of $1500 in video games a few days before Christmas. The customers and employees were forced to lay on the floor at gunpoint while the trio stole video games. You can't blame this on a bad economy.

The Worse Nightly News

Katie Courics attack and Sarah Palin and the bias reporting of the democratic agenda has turned me off completely to Nightly News. I no longer believe anything they report on, so why watch it anymore? I don't. I have not seen one of her news shows since they hired her. I choose my TV viewing allot more closely now days and will never return to the naive viewing of my parents and grand parents. I thank George W Bush for opening my eyes to the democratic matrix of Lie's that this country has been forced to deal with.

Three Prison Trolls fired in London

A "black" NURSE has been arrested over claims she had a four-month sexual fling with a violent "white" rapist at Broadmoor mental institute. Married Rhoda Makambaire was accused of having sex sessions with brutal rapist Kelly Edney, 29.
They allegedly had sex on the mental hospital's Epsom Ward - for patients who are deemed incurable or show no signs of remorse.
Another nurse was also arrested. She is accused of keeping watch as Edney and the mother of one had sex.
The nurses, in their 30s, were quizzed by cops under the Sexual Offences Act.
They were suspended along with a third nurse who allegedly knew about the affair.
Edney was yesterday moved from Broadmoor to top-security Rampton hospital, Notts.
His room was sealed off while officers removed sheets and clothing for forensic checks.
The rapist, who also has convictions for arson, assault and hoax bomb calls, allegedly told cops he had full and oral sex with a nurse.
Broadmoor in Berkshire was last month slammed for high suicide rates and failure to protect patients. Bosses are horrified by the latest scandal.
An insider said: "It doesn't get much worse than this."
Edney, of Bridgwater, Somerset, was sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
Makambaire, of Bracknell, Berks, earns £30,000 a year as a nurse working on the dangerous and severe personality disorder unit.
Police and Broadmoor confirmed the investigation but refused to comment further.

The Maricopa Police Department announced the firing of one of their officers late last week after a lengthy internal affairs investigation showing the officer had sexually harassed several women by showing them pictures of his genitals.Several separate incidents were reported beginning from October 2008. Police initially investigated claims that Ofc. Martice Berry had shown the nude photos of himself on a cell phone to a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness, but the allegations were found to be “inconclusive” and the case was closed.
It wasn’t until Jerome Hall came forward to police investigators on June 5, 2009, that the case was re-opened. Hall told investigators he was informed of the instances involving Berry by a close friend.Three days later, police investigators met with the personal trainer, along with her husband, discovering that not only had Berry shown lewd pictures to the gym employee, but that he had allegedly proceeded to stalk her while on duty.That culminated when the female gym employee claims she went to Ofc. Berry’s home shortly before Halloween to ask him to stop harassing her, where instead, he allegedly forced her to have sex with him.The gym employee told investigators she didn’t report it as rape because even though he grabbed her forcefully when she entered the home, she eventually “gave in.”MPD Internal Affairs Det. Michael Burns, who investigated the case, said in his report that there was sufficient evidence Berry had shown “obscene photographs of his penis that were captured on his cell phone” to at least three different women and that he had “inappropriately kissed a 16-year-old girl.”The 16-year-old told police during a June 24 interview that Berry had made several inappropriate comments to her in addition to picking her up and kissing her on one occasion while at Anytime Fitness.Burns goes on to describe evidence against Berry that the officer, in responding to a domestic violence call, later revealed details about the incident to a friend of the woman involved in the call, attempting to secure a date with the first woman.Berry denied the allegations against him in an interview with detectives on June 18, 2008, after which he was placed on administrative leave.According to MPD public information officer, Berry was fired for “conduct unbecoming of an officer,” an offense for which he was initially fired for at his previous job as a police officer in Pontiac, Mich.Berry was fired from the City of Pontiac in 2006 for actions stemming from his harassment of his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend. The Michigan Court of Appeals ruled in March of this year, however, that Berry should be reinstated to his job, though it is unclear if an opening in that department would be possible for the now terminated Maricopa Police officer.Berry, the department’s first non-lateral transfer, graduated from the Mesa Police Academy in December 2007 and joined the fledgling Maricopa Police Department shortly thereafter.Judd said MPD was aware of the allegations against Berry at the time he was hired, but that an arbitrator had ruled in his favor and his status with the City of Pontiac at the time of his hiring in Maricopa was one of “layoff status.”“Hindsight is 20/20,” Judd said. “He was reinstated... and everything was resolved. Lewis was replaced by the "Emperor" Terry Stewart and "Vader" Chuck Ryan.
Lewis and company namely Terry Stewart and Chuck Ryan were also investigated for the Abu Ghraib prison scandal when Lewis was a consultant there.
Lewis' administration will be remembered, but the faces and names of thousands of officers and staff who were grossly mistreated and forced out of a career have been forgotten.

YUMA - An officer at the state prison in Yuma is facing 60 misdemeanor charges of having illegal contact with convicts.
San Luis resident Claudia Christina Gil-Rebledo was ordered jailed on a $157,000 bond after a court hearing Wednesday. She is on administrative leave from the state corrections department.
The 28-year-old is accused of using her cell phone to call inmates on three days in July of 2007

Has anyone addressed all of the inappropriate relationships going on at the Dakota Unit in Yuma? Admin secretaries that handle adverse action reports are dating the officer's, Elsa was only guilty of not dating one of the admin secretaries or she would have gotten away with it just like their boyfriends get away with their illegal activities. Sexual misconduct, lesbianism and staff inmate relations have haunted the DOC.

CO Charged with Child Porn

Correction officer finds himself on the other side of a jail cell after being arrested Thursday for possessing and selling child pornography.
45-year-old Robert Cecil worked for the Nevada Department of Corrections for 11 years. Investigators found video tapes in his home showing sexual photos of children ranging from ages three to 15-years-old. Police do not believe that any of the children on the tape had been in his care or his custody
Cecil is expected to appear in court Monday.

Officials of the Nevada Department of Corrections report that Robert Cecil was arrested by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Wednesday afternoon.
Mr. Cecil was a Correctional Officer with the Department for approximately 11 years. He has been charged with one count of preparing/advertising/distributing pornography and 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
He is currently in custody at the Clark County Detention Center pending a hearing on July 11.
