This, like so many other stories from the ADOC Dakota Unit, has been swept under the rug. Whatever happened to her? Has anyone addressed all of the inappropriate relationships going on at the Dakota Unit in Yuma? Admin secretaries that handle adverse action reports are dating the officer's, Elsa was only guilty of not dating one of the admin secretaries or she would have gotten away with it just like their boyfriends get away with their illegal activities. Sexual misconduct, lesbianism and staff inmate relations have haunted the DOC.
